The ground rules for using this site & working with us. Plain English, no surprises.

These terms cover your use of this website and set out the general basis on which White Oryx Technology (formerly Nex-a Technology Solutions) provides its services. By using the site you accept them. Project work is governed by a signed Statement of Work; if anything here conflicts with your SOW, the SOW wins.
The content on this site is general information, not tailored advice. We keep it accurate & current, but we don't guarantee it's free of errors or fit for your specific situation. Don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempting to break or overload it, no passing our content off as your own.
Figures in our Investment Guide & Service Plans are indicative. Your actual pricing, deliverables & payment triggers are fixed in the SOW before work starts. Invoices are payable on the terms stated on them, and credit packs & retainers run on the terms of the plan you purchase.
The content, design & branding of this site belong to White Oryx Technology. For project work, our IP & Ownership guide applies: custom work you've paid for is yours, our pre-existing tools & frameworks stay ours (licensed to you for your solution), and third-party platforms remain the property of their vendors.
Our solutions connect to platforms we don't control, such as CRMs, accounting software & automation tools. Their availability, pricing & terms are set by their vendors, and your use of them is governed by their agreements, not ours.
Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that can't be excluded. Beyond that, to the extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost data.
What we learn about your business stays confidential, and we expect the same for anything commercially sensitive we share with you. This survives the end of any engagement.
Either party can end an engagement as set out in the SOW. You pay for work completed up to that point, and we hand over everything you've paid for.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If we update them, the new version will be posted here with a new date & applies from that point on.
