How we handle your information. The short version: we collect what we need to work with you, we protect it & we never sell it.
Last updated: July 2026
White Oryx Technology (formerly Nex-a Technology Solutions) is an automation consultancy based in Melbourne, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website & in the course of our work, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) & the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form, email us or book a call, we collect what you send: typically your name, email address, company & a description of your project or bottleneck.
Technical basics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (things like IP address, browser type & pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
Local storage. This site remembers your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. That setting stays on your device. We don't run advertising trackers.
We never sell or rent your personal information. Full stop.
Delivering integrations & automations sometimes means accessing your systems and the data inside them. When it does, we work under the permissions you grant, use the least access needed to do the job, store credentials securely & hand everything back at the end. Your business data stays yours, always.
We use a small set of service providers to run this site & deliver our work: website hosting, email, font delivery & the automation platforms involved in your project. We share information with them only as needed to provide our services, and each operates under its own privacy policy. Some providers may store data outside Australia.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss & unauthorised access. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, then delete it.
You can ask us at any time to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, tell us first & we'll do our best to sort it out. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Questions, requests or complaints: email hello@nex-a.com.au.
